As a foster mom to a young person who made the exact Mediterranean crossing from Africa to Europe that launched the Epimonia story, I wear my bracelet as a reminder of all she and thousands like her have experienced. I wear my bracelet everyday because I like to remember the thousands of refugees who risk so much to find a decent way of life in other lands. It’s made to last. I was surprised how nice the buckle is.

I love my Epimonia bracelet. It reminds me of all of the good work people do everyday to help refugee families.

There were several reasons I wanted this bracelet. First of all, I love the look. It's an "everyday" kind of look, a spot of color with jeans or just about everything else in my wardrobe. And I was attracted to the backstory - the entrepreneurship of the refugees who founded this company and the reuse of materials from refugee life vests. I wanted to do something to support black-owned businesses, especially during Black History month. But I would buy this again anytime - for myself or for gifts. Oh, and I love the magnetic clasp; easy to put on by myself.

As a immigrant the bracelet holds a empowering message. I wear it everyday. Amazing quality too. Looking forward to purchasing more things.

I do love 'wearable' art, especially with texture. I mix them or wear multiple epimonias. Very comfortable and the latch is genius. Thank you for all you do.

The Bracelet is very well made and fashionable for both men and women. The XL is large plenty large. Knowing it serves a double function, helping refugees, is even a greater plus. Well done.

I purchased this bracelet as a gift for my wife, who saw it as an opportunity to support an organization that helps refugees while also adding a lovely new bracelet to her collection. I selected the bright orange bracelet in medium, and it is both attractive and well-made. The dual nature of the clasp - mechanical and magnetic - is appreciated.

I had ordered a larger size blue bracelet and smaller size orange one, assuming that the first would be suited for men and the latter for women. But the 'large' size was not even suited for my girlfriend. My daughter has it now. The smaller size orange one is really only suited for small children. Such a pity... BTW the orange bracelet was not neatly cut (the orange cloth), but I could correct that with scissors.

Love this on so many different levels! It’s beautiful, light weight, and yet the magnetic clip is strong. Only wish it were adjustable for different lengths (I’m between a S and M).

I must say, this team has one of the best customer service approaches I’ve seen lately. I needed to exchange my bracelet because my original wasn’t correctly sized. The team was very responsive and caring about my request. I’ve received the new bracelet and it fits much better! A word to review the product - I’m about 5’5 and 125 lbs. My wrists are pretty small and bracelets are difficult to shop for. I ordered the small which was way too large. I exchanged for an XS, but the one I received wasn’t correctly sized and was way too small. The team was amazing to get me out another XS which fits much better. It’s still tight, but much more comfortable. I’d be mindful that each bracelet is hand-made, which means the measurements won’t be 100%. But like I said, the team will take care of you!

I measured my wrist several times before ordering the XS size; unfortunately the bracelet measurements indicated on the website do not take into account the thickness of the materials, therefore they do not reflect its actual circumferemce once they bend around the wrist. The result is that y a 17 cm bracelet that is around 0,5 mm thick canot bend around my 15.5 cm wrist and close. It's too small. I cannot wear the bracelet and I cannot return it either because what I paid in import duties to Europe almost equals its price. Happy to have contributed to the cause but you should really explain how to calculate what size to order.

I bought this for my son who coordinates teachers of new-to-country students. He works with many students and families in the Somali community. I told him that this can always remind him of the importance of what he does. A perfect gift. A wonderful cause. Touched my heart!

The concept is outstanding. We have family members working with refugees in Europe assisting with asylum tribunal representation so I am excited to be able to make the purchase. Unfortunately, the follow up customer service has not measured up to the concept. Due to a measuring error I my part I wished to exchange two of the bracelets I ordered for smaller sizes. I have now been waiting 5 days for customer service to respond to my request for an exchange. The organization does not seem to be geared to supporting their customers which is a real shame as I want to be able to recommend the products but I hesitate to do so due to the lack of support.

We saw this Minneapolis locally company on Kare11 and thought the product was so unique. And love the story of this company. Our order shipped promptly and the bracelets are excellent quality. We’re giving as gifts, so haven’t worn one :)

What an amazing organization this is and what a truly meaningful symbol to wear! I don't like tight bracelets so I opted for the large size - well, it was too large (trust the measurements!). The customer service experience to exchange it is superior - it was immediate, efficient and pleasant. The medium size was sent to me before I even printed out the return label (yes, the return label!) and I received the perfectly fitted medium just a couple days later. LOVELOVELOVE! I often will get inquiries about the bracelet and it offers an opportunity to shed light on the plight of the individuals forced to make such desperate, and heartbreaking life decisions. I love the idea, and love that 50% of the money is donated to help migrants. The clasp is beautiful and easy to use. I have worn my bracelet every day since I got it— the only thing that would make it better is if it was a little smaller. I bought the small, but it is still a little too big and falls down over my palm so that I have to frequently push it back up onto my arm. I am not super tiny, so I think an extra small option would be great for many women.

I worked with Refugee4Refugees on the island of Lesvos in August of 2019. When I saw that they were one of the organizations the purchase of this bracelet supports, I had to get one!

My nephew, a search and rescue swimmer in Honolulu, and former Navy search and rescue, was asked to put a team together and help in the efforts in Lesvos. He was there, and saved lives! My bracelet means a lot to me because he was part of the rescue effort. I am proud to wear it everyday.
